Driving Economic Impact

MMPI understands the economic benefit of the trade show industry. Trade shows are economic engines to fuel a city’s growth, transform a city’s downtown and define a city’s future. Trade shows help every strata of the economic spectrum, from owners of hotels to restaurant support staff to taxi cab drivers. Our shows, which provide millions of dollars of economic impact, contribute to a vibrant, robust, and diversified economic base.

Giving Back

MMPI has a rich tradition of partnering with leading community and not-for-profit organizations. It is ingrained in our culture and personified in our leadership.

As a building manager and trade show producer, we have a unique set of assets which we can deploy to assist a variety of community groups. Through our events, we provide platforms for organizations to raise money or highlight outstanding work. To ensure their success, we work with organizations to produce e-mail communications or host board meetings in our conference rooms. By providing registration or event facilities for events such as LIFESource Blood Drive, Breast Cancer Network of Strength's Walk to Empower and the ASID Awards Gala, we demonstrate our commitment to strengthening the overall social fabric in the communities we serve. We host fundraisers for organizations such as Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, DIFFA, The Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago, multiple local hospitals, museums and cultural institutions and many more. MMPI is also proud to manage and promote an annual citywide food drive benefitting the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Through our commitment, and the commitment of many individuals on the MMPI team, we are proud to provide a platform for the entire community to generously support each other.
